1. Overview

At Slexironghod, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase of CircuGest. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which you may return a product and request a refund. This policy is provided in addition to your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including the European Union consumer rights directives and German civil law (BGB).

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and §§ 312g, 355 BGB (German Civil Code).

The withdrawal period begins on the day you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) receives the goods. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement (e.g., by email) to:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

3. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is earliest.

4. Returning the Goods

You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise stated.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

5. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return and full refund, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The return must be initiated within the 14-day withdrawal period
  • The product must be in its original, unopened packaging (sealed condition)
  • The product must not have been used or damaged by the customer
  • The product must be returned with all original packaging and materials

Opened or partially used products may only be eligible for a partial refund, or the refund may be reduced to account for the diminished value, as permitted by applicable law.

6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been opened after delivery, in accordance with Art. 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU and § 312g(2) No. 3 BGB.

7. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during transit, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. In such cases:

  • We will arrange a return or replacement at our expense
  • We will issue a full refund, including return shipping costs
  • Your statutory warranty rights under German law (§§ 434 ff. BGB) remain unaffected

8. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

9. Statutory Rights

This Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under German law or EU law. Where statutory provisions provide you with greater protections than those set out in this policy, your statutory rights shall prevail.
